RETURN & REPAIRS
Purchased from Maison de Morgana
If the customer is not satisfied with their jewelry they may return it within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Jewelry must be in original condition and undamaged. Items returned must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags in place.
All returns require a Return Authorization number. Any unauthorized packages sent to Maison de Morgana will be rejected and returned to senders.
Items received as gifts from our online store can be returned for store credit only on our website.
For all return inquiries, please email email@example.com or complete the form below. Response times to inquiries are within 24-48 hours. Please include your name, original order number, proof of purchase – no exceptions, description, and photo of the damage.
Upon receipt of return please allow 24 hours for us to process your return and issue store credit. Store credit is the retail cost of the order minus cost of shipping.
In the event that a customer's jewelry becomes damaged and needs repair due to our manufacturing, we are happy to repair the item within 30 days of purchase.
If an item becomes damaged due to normal wear and tear or customer's misuse, we will be happy to repair with a small fee.
Determining Cost of Repair
Estimates for cost of repair will be provided via email.
An assessment will be made with respect to the nature of the damage, if we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and instructions on where to ship it to.
All repairs require a Return Authorization number.
Any unauthorized packages sent to Maison de Morgana will be rejected and returned to senders.
Merchandise must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of RA number.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Customer is required to arrange and pay for shipping charges both ways. Customer is encouraged to use shipping method that has tracking available for repairs and provide the tracking number to Maison de Morgana.
Maison de Morgana is not responsible for packages lost or misplaced in transit. This is the sole responsibility of shipping entity.

Inquiries will be responded within 48 to 72 hours on business days. (Expect maximum delay response during peak holiday hours).
Completion of repair will be determined on a case by case basis.
We cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
We try to accommodate repair requests for sizing.
Requests for repairs/returns for ring sizes will be charged a small restocking fee as all of our rings are made to order.

Significant wear and tear due to daily use and/or misuse of the jewelry has rendered the item not repairable

For hygiene reasons we cannot except returns for earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
Sale items & items purchased with a promotional code are final sale and are non-returnable.
All customized jewelry including engraved items and custom sized items are non-returnable.
All fine jewelry including 14k and Sterling Silver items are non- returnable and non-refundable.
All custom designed jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Purchased From Another Stocklist
Items purchased through other retailers whom are located within the United States must be returned for repair to the store or website where the item was originally purchased.
